It is important to receive the support and education you desire before you enter the unknowns of birth land, and MoonLodge has the class for you to feel better prepared for the journey ahead. Join in on a 8 week virtual series covering the in’s and out’s of how and what to prepare for in labor and the postpartum.
What to expect during a MoonLodge Childbirth Education Class with Sara:
Evidence-based educational sessions on the physiological process of pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum
Evidenced-based educational sessions that focus on understanding potential medical interventions, options, risks and benefits.
Create a ‘toolbox’ to help with labor coping techniques.
Support in cultivating strength and resilience during your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum period
Mind and SPIRITUAL guidance for preparing for the unknowns of birthing during these uncertain times
